Return Policy

We accept returns for refunds only, no exchanges. This applies to full price items only and within 10 days after delivery. Special orders, custom sizes, pop up sale items, and items on sale can not be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, you will get an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that payments made via Direct Bank Transfer are not refundable but can be received as store credit. Store credit can be used to purchase other items online and at any time.

For your returns to be approved, make sure that the item has not been worn and/or washed. The item must be undamaged with its original Míe package in good condition.

We advise that you contact our Customer Care via customercare@mie.ng before proceeding to shipment, to inform us of your intention to return the item, and to be informed on international procedures.

Currently, we accept returns made by DHL Express delivery preferably, or any timely and trackable courier service provider, initiated by you with cost paid directly to the courier service provider. Please note that we do not accept returns made by your local postal service. Any additional cost to retrieve the item on our hand, such as taxes, will be deducted from your refund.  Please let us know the tracking number as it is important in processing refunds.

Note that your original order shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Only the item will be refunded.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. You will be notified once your refund has been processed. If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us at customercare@mie.ng with a photo of the damaged or wrong item and also stating your order number. We will take care of it.
